Each recipient of a send. A campaign to 1,000 contacts counts as 1,000 emails; a single transactional send counts as one.
What happens if I go over my plan?+
Sends pause at your cap unless you opt into overage at the plan's marginal rate. Nothing is surprise-billed, and the ledger shows exactly where you stand.
Can I change plans anytime?+
Yes, up or down, effective immediately with prorated billing. Your templates, contacts and history come with you.
Do you offer annual billing?+
